New Release Double Showcase

Welcome to our second New Release Double Showcase of March!  Spring has finally arrived in my neck of the woods (and I hope you're enjoying a nice warm weather where you are, too), and I've been itching to bring you this showcase today of two very different digis that have lots of flowers.

First up is "Lady Blossom".  This is a fantasy illustration of a beautiful elf surrounded by profusion of blooms.  Just imagine the many color palettes and styles you can experiment with on this fun image with lots of details!

The "Lady Blossom" is a full-page digi, coming in at 2400 x 3000 pixels (8 x 10 inches or 20.3 x 25.4 cm approx. at 300 dpi).  Print at full size for your color-and-frame project or size down to use on various arts and crafts projects.  The strong vertical design lends itself well for use of rectangles and ovals, or you can crop the image in circle or square for a different look.  This digi is offered in JPG file format at AW Digi Shop and AW Etsy.

Next, we have a new cutie for you, AW Sprites fans!  Please welcome the newest member of the Seasons Sprites, Spring!  She's all dressed up for a big Easter celebration with you.  She's wearing fuzzy bunny ears, a hat, and pigtails decorated with daisies.  She is bringing a matching bouquet just for you!

For the second half of today's showcase, I asked for additional help from members of the Aurora and Stella DTs from the AW Challenge Blog.   I fell a little (more like 1 whole week) behind the schedule when I was preparing this digi, and could only give three days' notice to everyone...  Sorry!

Teresa (from Aurora DT)

Donna (from Aurora & Stella DTs)

Cristena (from Stella DT)

Isn't she perfect for Easter?  And she'll be so much fun to color in so many different palettes, don't you think?  "Spring Sprite" is now available in JPG at AW Digi Shop and AW Etsy and in PNG file format (transparent background for layering) at AW Digi Shop and AW Etsy.  She comes in at 1500 x 2100 pixels (5 x 7 inches or 12.7 x 17.8 cm approx at 300 dpi).

Wouldn't she be the cutest image to use in our latest Sketch Challenge at Aurora Wings Challenge Blog?  Our current challenge goes on through Saturday, April 1st.  There's still lots of time.  We hope you join us!

And if you feature the color GREEN in some way on that sketch challenge project, you can even join our Green contest at Aurora Wings FB Group!  This one runs through the end of the month.

And of course, the end of the showcase post means it's time for the discount code ad!  Happy shopping!  I hope everyone has a beautiful weekend!  Oh, please note that this code is good through the end of Monday, March 27 (11:59 pm EDT US), which is Tuesday, March 28 at 3:59 am GMT.

New Release Double Showcase

So excited to be able to present another new release showcase today.  Another DOUBLE showcase at that!  Fun fun.  I'm pleased to bring two new images for which the Showcase DT has created gorgeous samples, which they are revealing today.

First, please meet 'Crimson Blossoms'.  This is a loosely executed, pretty image with lovely flow, which you can use a lot of different coloring mediums and approaches on.  Although the image's title is 'Crimson Blossoms', you're not limited to red poppies when you color, of course.

Crimson Blossoms digital stamp is available in JPG format at AW Digi Shop and at AW Etsy.  This is a full-size coloring page digi, coming in at 2400 x 3000 pixels.  That's 8 x 10 inches or 20.3 x 25.4 cm at 300 dpi.  Downsize it for card projects, use at original size for coloring page (frame it later) or mixed media canvas project.

Now, we begin the second part of our showcase, presenting the 'Dark Princess'.  Enjoy!

Dark Princess digital stamp is available in JPG at AW Digi Shop and AW Etsy.  It comes in a full-page size of 8 x 10 inches (20.3 x 25.4 cm), 2400 x 3000 pixels (300 dpi).  It is titled 'Dark Princess', but you can color her in so many different ways.

And now it's time for the weekend discount codes ad!  I have two codes for you, and they are good at both the newly revamped AW Digi Shop and AW Etsy.   Please note that these codes are good through Monday, March 13, 2017 at 11:59 pm EDT US (That's March 14, 2017 at 3:59 am GMT.).  I usually run the codes for the weekend, and Monday is not a holiday, but many of us in the US will have the time change from standard to daylight time Sunday morning at 2 am local time.  This can get confusing as different countries start (and end) daylight time on different dates.

And if you'll be coloring and crafting after shopping and saving, we want to remind you about our blog challenge and the FB group contest going on right now.

This is our fourth year of having this theme.  And as it has been a tradition, there's a FREEBIE for participants.  If you haven't checked out this challenge, please do so here.  You don't want to miss the fabulous inspirations brought to you by our Stella Team, either.  This challenge runs through Saturday, March 18 at 11:55 pm ET US (Sunday, March 19 at 3:55 am GMT).

Our March contest at the Stamps by Aurora Wings FB Group is celebrating the return of spring and all things green!  Don't worry, you can use other colors in your projects, too.  This one runs through the end of March, and you can join it here.  (If you're not already a member of our group, just send a 'join' request and one of us will let you in.)

Thank you so much for visiting.  Hope you enjoyed our New Release Showcase today!  My team and I wish you a colorful and joyful weekend.

New Release Double Showcase

Welcome to our first New Release Showcase of 2017.  Sorry to have kept you waiting as I had been working hard on the independent (non-Etsy) AW shop.  If you haven't had a chance to take a look, check it out.  Easier navigation and lower prices.   I'm excited, though, that we are kicking off another year of showcases with a double today!!

The days are slowly glowing longer and I'm starting to see green patches of grass.  Spring is in the air!  And a couple of new Sprites have sprouted.  Both of these babies can be colored in so many beautiful combinations.   First, please meet Crocus Sprite!

Donna joining from the AW Challenge DT

The Crocus Sprite is available in JPG and PNG versions at Aurora Wings Etsy shop as well as at the new Digi Shop at website in JPG and PNG.

And now, please meet our second new release of the day, Hyacinth Sprite!  With an awesome up-do like hers, she's the queen of the garden.

Donna from AW Challenge Blog DT

The Hyacinth Sprite is available in JPG and PNG formats at the newly renovated Digi Shop at site, as well as at AW Etsy in JPG and PNG.

And by now, you might be wondering, "Is there a discount code I can use on these new Sprites?"  Of course, there is!  More than one!  After all, what's a New Release Friday without one?  Check out the ad below.  Codes are valid at both shop locations this weekend.  Hope you enjoyed today's stroll through the Spring Garden of Sprites with us.

Featured Creation by Joanne

It's getting cold as we head straight on to the heart of the holiday season.  I'm sure everyone is busy with shopping, decorating, and social gatherings (performances at school, office party, church party, and oh so many more).  I just wanted to bring you another crafter feature today after taking a bit of a break.  I'm still working on the renovation of the digi store, while trying to get the house ready for the holidays like everybody else, so I missed doing these spotlight features since November.

I've been wanting to showcase Joanne Godden Bell's lovely coloring project with the Snow Queen - Blooms of Ice - digi.  Check it out!

Isn't she lovely?  Very icy, mesmerizing with the frozen gaze, and what a lovely setup for the photo!
Information on which colors she used can be found on her blog post right here.

This Snow Queen is the latest to join the Aurora Wings' digital stamps collection, but many of you know that I have multiple images inspired by the story of the Snow Queen (the original Hans Christian Andersen version).

This is a full-size coloring page digi at 2400 x 3300 pixels
